Housing Starts Trending Up, But Builders Short on Labor

Although March saw a dip in privately-owned housing starts from February, new construction is up more than 14% from March 2015, according to information from the U.S. Census Bureau. However, Robert Denk, an assistant vice president for the National Association of Home Builders, who deals in forecasting and analysis, says builders have reported difficulties finding skilled labor.
