The 31,000 sq ft. brewhouse project is under direction of construction management firm Impact Strategies, Inc. Upon completion, the facility will have the capacity to serve 1,000 diners, including a 250 seat private dining room and an outdoor biergarten that will hold another 250 people. It will be the largest Hofbrauhaus restaurant in North America with beer being brewed onsite in specially designed equipment installed under direction of Munich-based brewmasters.
