Trapped Construction Worker Rescued in NYC Incident

A man collapsed while working on a project in the Hudson Street area of Manhattan, and became trapped in a hard-to-reach spot. So reports The New York Daily News.

FDNY was called in to bring the man down from the upper floors via a tower ladder because they were concerned about the condition and stability of the building.
