Golden State Warriors' Arena Construction Not Meeting Small Biz Goals

The construction of the Golden State Warriors’ $1 Billion arena is supposed to meet a hiring goal of 50% small businesses, but only 18% are reported. So reports NBC Bay Area.

The project is also failing to meet the number of minority-owned firms involved in the project.
