450 Needles, Blood Found at NC Construction Site

Officials warned travelers to avoid the "Business 40" construction area after knives, drug paraphernalia, including needles, and blood were found at the construction site. So reports WXII12.

Most of the needles were located under the Green Street bridge, said a representative of the North Carolina Department of Transportation. Officials are concerned some of the items may be laced with deadly fentanyl.
