The CM will prepare cost estimates, budgets schedules and negotiate contracts for projects. Types of projects will range from improvements to existing structures to new ground-up construction for million-dollar facilities. The incumbent will have analytical, decision-making, technical and managerial experience with all stages of large-scale project development.
