Smaller Builders Wanted for Long-awaited Eisenhower Memorial Project

General Services Administration (GSA) is assessing interest from smaller building companies for a long-awaited Memorial to Presidnet Dwight D. Eisenhower.

The interest in working with a smaller company is an attempt to keep costs down. In early January, a marketing research announcement was released to gage the interest of small businesses (max annual revenue $36.5 million) interested in the construction project.
