Michigan Firm Faces $154K Fine After Worker Dies

Michigan-based RSE Construction Services, LLC, was fined $154,000 after an employee died and another was injured falling off a barn roof. So reports NBC 25.

The fines were levied from the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The company was cited for failing to provide fall protection for a worker "engaged in roofing activities on a low sloped roof," not properly training employees in fall protection and failure to coordinate a prevention program.
